Coordination of Medical Record Reviews:

Often, the option of securing a Medical Record Review versus an IME is an excellent opportunity to have specific medical questions addressed expeditiously by the appropriate specialist in order to assist in moving the claims process forward. EVOnational has a vast national network of medical experts who specifically provide comprehensive medical record reviews. Medical experts of all specialties provide prompt turn around times and in depth reports specifically addressing the history of the claim and questions to be addressed.

Upon receipt of your referral, our team will:

• Prepare/provide a drafted cover letter to the physician to include any specified details surrounding the history of the injury, claim, and medical treatment.
• Follow up with the physician to ensure prompt turn around time of the report.
• Provide in-depth Quality Assurance Review to ensure that the Medical Record Review report provides a detailed and comprehensive scope of the claim, and that all issues in question are thoroughly addressed by the evaluating physician.

Coordination of FCEs
(Functional Capacity Evaluations):

EVOnational also coordinates Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) nationwide. In conjunction with our Professional PT and Rehab partners, we pride ourselves in providing you with a comprehensive FCE report to include objective measurement/detail of the injured worker's capabilities with regard to job specific demands for a safe return to work and/or specific job placement categories.

Upon receipt of your FCE referral, our team will:

• Notify all parties of the upcoming appointment and any specific instructions necessary
• Thoroughly prepare the medical file/records for the reviewing therapist
• Provide online resources to assist claimants with appointment details (driving directions, questions).
• Place reminder calls to all parties 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the appointment.
• Provide in-depth Quality Assurance Review to ensure that the FCE report provides a detailed and comprehensive scope of the claimant's capabilities, and that all questions pertaining to the work capabilities are thoroughly addressed by the evaluating therapist.

We understand that often Transportation and/or Interpretation services are necessary to assist with the IME process. We have partnered with several service vendors to make certain that the appointment process remains seamless in this regard. Transportation and Interpretation services are available upon request and additional service charges do not apply.
